Thank you for shopping with Muddy Dog Snacks. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly so you can enjoy your human treats as soon as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, shipping method, and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Muddy Dog Snacks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at spayson@muddydogsnacks.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and package handling are the responsibility of the carrier. Muddy Dog Snacks is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at spayson@muddydogsnacks.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because our products are food items, exposure to heat during shipping may affect product texture or appearance. We do our best to package and ship products carefully, but we cannot control weather conditions or carrier handling once an order leaves our facility.
